Certified Trainer
The Certified Trainer Academy Staff equips selected staff with the skill to facilitate the Transform to Change Academy to current and future frontline staff. Following the training staff will receive 6 months of virtual coaching and preparation assistance. At the conclusion of the academy, participants must demonstrate competencies in the following areas to receive their certification:
- Articulate best practices in the Transformational Mentoring Movement
- Describe the role of a Transformational Change Agent
- Facilitate the Transformation Journey which includes self-discovery
- Develop effective methods to work with System Partners, Community Based Organizations, Administration, Community Stakeholders and develop professional standards for credible messenger mentoring
- Develop methods to support agency outcomes and Individual Performance Objectives.
- Master how to apply the Stages of Change, Goal Setting, Boundaries, Motivational Interviewing, Self-Care, Trauma, Integrity, and Confidentiality
- Complete the Social Capital individual and organizational self-assessment
